SKINCOMM® proprietary products are validated safe and efficacious by laboratory and clinical tests.

Our UCS Solution Specialist will recommend you the safe treatment service during pregnancy and lactating period. You may also like to check with your gynecologist or doctor before you embark on any aesthetic treatment service.

SKINCOMM® products and treatments are carefully curated to extend positive improvement and results to our customers. SKINCOMM® combines science -based ingredients and formulations with cutting-edge technology to target all skin types & concerns of both men and women.

Depends on your skin problems and concerns. You may need to have your treatment service at least once or twice a month to achieve the treatment benefits and results you desire.

You are encouraged to embark on a treatment package with SKINCOMM® to achieve desired results, however, at SKINCOMM®, we do not do pressure selling if you decline the recommendations.

We encourage our customers to use our UNICEL System range of products to optimise the desired results

Service booking can be done online here at our Online Booking System.

You need to be at least 18 year and above. If you are between 16 to 18 years old, a guardian/parent is required to approve and accompany you for the treatment services.

Yes, male customers are welcome to book the treatment services provided at SKINCOMM®, unless otherwise specified.

Please let us know in advance if you have any physical ailments or health issues so that we will be able to advise and cater to your needs accordingly.

If you are late for your service appointment, you will not be able to enjoy the full treatment due to time constraint. We advise our customers to try to be at the centre 10 minutes before the appointment time to prepare for the treatment service.

Your appointment is important to us.The booking system will require at least a 24 hours notice for cancellation or change of time slot (subject to availability). Please note that there will be a 50% surcharge on No Show upon your appointment booking and you did not turn up for the appointment.

There is no expiry date on the treatment package purchased with SKINCOMM®, unless otherwise specified during time of purchase.

We love children, and we hope you understand that for their safety and for the wholesome experience of the other customers, children and babies will not be ideal to accompany you during your treatment services with us. However, if you have an adult or guardian who can take care of the children during your service time, we can arrange for the request.

SKINCOMM adopts cashless transactions. All purchases will be transacted online via our website with credit cards.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes. We ship overseas to several countries in the world. For more details about international shipping, please refer to the information here.

There is a minimum order of S$250 per transaction for free delivery within Singapore island. Otherwise, there is a delivery fee of $7 for any order below S$250. You can also opt to self-collect your orders at our experiential centre

For international shipping, custom charges etc., where applicable, the fees will be borne by the customer.

If the product items you received upon delivery showed quality defects due to manufacturer’s negligence, you can reach out to us via email within 3 days to report on the defects. Please take photo images on the defected items with the purchase tax invoice to attach with your email for our reference and verification. Click here to understand more about Return & Exchange.

When your order is on the way to your delivery address / country, you will not be able to change the delivery address.

Order will be delivered within 3 to 6 working days from the order confirmation date. Please ensure that there is someone on site to receive your order items. Please note that we are unable to deliver to a P. O. Box address. You can find more information on Singapore Order Delivery here.
